Mentorship Program
After years of servicing just the disabled community we have decided to extend our services to ALL high school students. Our goal is to put are youth in the best position possible to succeed in life pass high school.
Self Discovery & Goal Setting
The 4 years in high school are some of the most difficult times a child will face in their lifetime. So much time is spent trying to find out who they are all while making the difficult decisions that will determine their future. We spend time with our students setting goals and helping them navigate through their time in high school.
College Prep & Opportunities
We take pride in setting at our students up for success! We spend a lot of time getting to know our students and learning about their passions. By doing this we are able to give them the opportunity to have a hands-on experiences as well as seeing what college or university best suits them.
Support Services
Through our mentor program, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at DREAMS Foundation, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization.
